We achieved better financial results, and we achieved more customer love than most companies could ever hope for. We did this because people were comfortable becoming themselves. Once leaders started showing up with vulnerability, honesty, and giving trust, they started getting trust in return.
Trimergence has this unique approach, slightly unconventional, but definitely effective both collectively as the Trimergence team but also individually. We could pull on members of the Trimergence team for different things within the organization’s needs. Trimergence has this array of personality types, backgrounds and experiences within the team that makes the work accessible to a wide range of personality types and levels of leaders within the organization.
People from the outside just couldn’t figure out what we were doing and what this “magical” process was. This included investors, shareholders, and new leaders that were joining the organization. People would ask “what is this secret sauce? what is going on here, there is something magical happening here.” It was the Trimergence secret sauce that was helping us to maximize our humanity in action, connect with our best selves, our highest selves, which led to this magic in action. The work that Trimergence did with our leaders, upper management, middle management, emerging leaders, in its various forms was designed for each level of the organization. We transformed from a culture of literally “every man for himself” to “we’re all in this together” and most importantly to evolve a culture of deep trust.
We learned very quickly how we could best work together. This helped us become very aware of how we could function at a much more productive level. Disclosing what we learned in our work with Trimergence connected us at a much more personal and deeper level than would be possible in any work setting.
I would say investing in our culture and Trimergence wasn’t an expense for us, it was an investment for us. We made a huge investment over time building our culture, and Trimergence was a huge part of that investment.
The Trimergence work has been transformational in my professional life, but also in my personal life. All the work with Trimergence has helped me be a better leader, a more evolved human, and a better sister, aunt, spouse, friend, and human in my community. I’m just a better person as a result of the work we did.
As the CEO I did a lot of work with the Trimergence team myself. I found it really useful to understand myself and my patterns, and then I could model this for the rest of the organization.

The work I have personally done with Trimergence and the work Trimergence has done in our organization has been some of the most meaningful work I have done in my entire career. It has substantially helped me to understand my own patterns of behavior and helped me be a much better leader of people.
